I really like this quote, it is definitely true that it is so normal not to be ok all the time.

We are humans, we have so many thoughts, emotions and influences in our life that it is impossible to be ok all the time.

Sometimes we will be angry, sad, depressed, upset and jealous and these feelings and others are part of what makes us human beings.

The important message of this quote though is to never ignore these emotions and feelings and accept what they are except the reasoning behind them and work through them.

You don’t have to be ok all the time.
