An extension of a previous post about taking rest days for mental health here are some self-care activities to try when you are taking the much needed time to yourself to recover.

🥰 Find a new series or film you want to watch.
🥰 Watch your favourite film/series.
🥰 Write 10 things your grateful for.
🥰 Indulge in your favourite food.
🥰 Watch an interesting documentary.
🥰 Do something or watch something that makes you laugh.
🥰 Watch the sunrise/sunset.
🥰 Get up early, make yourself a decent breakfast and enjoy the morning.
🥰 Go on a technology retreat and avoid all technology.
🥰 Take a nap.

🥰 Spend time with a friend or family member.
🥰 Play your favourite game/ play a game with others.
🥰 Listen to your favourite podcast/radio show.
